Every journey begins with a Physical Examination at Better Health Whole Wellness Center in Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia. Whether referred by a provider or reaching out directly, we take time to understand each individual’s history, needs, and goals — and to determine whether IV ketamine therapy or Spravato® (esketamine) nasal spray is the right fit. We accept commercial insurance, which covers the initial physical visit, making it easier to take that first step toward care.

Your IV Ketamine Infusion or Spravato® Session

When patients arrive, they’re welcomed into a calm, supportive space and offered comfort options like headphones, aromatherapy, soft lighting, or journaling tools. Following a brief check-in with the practitioner, IV ketamine patients begin their infusion, and Spravato® patients receive the nasal spray on-site. All patients are observed throughout, with clinicians available at every step. IV ketamine is delivered as six infusions over three weeks at $350* per session. Spravato® follows an FDA-approved schedule of eight sessions over four weeks and is covered by most major insurance plans.

Monitoring Growth & Tracking Your Progress

As patients begin to notice shifts in mood and perspective, we monitor outcomes closely through ongoing check‑ins and standardized mood assessments. Our team helps determine when additional “booster” infusions may be beneficial, typically timed to support sustained relief. We work collaboratively with each patient’s therapist or prescribing provider to ensure continuity of care and long‑term support.
